Interlibrary Loan (ILL)
ILL is a service that allows you to request books, articles, and other types of material that aren't held by Ohio University or any other institution in OhioLink. Once you place a request, our team will work to find a library outside Ohio that does hold the item you need, and coordinate with them to either ship the physical item to Alden for pickup, or send you a PDF scan of what you're looking for.
Don't hesitate to make use of ILL- there's an entire world of resources out there for you to find! Understand though, that the process of locating an delivering an item through ILL can vary from a few days to several weeks. Be sure to place your requests far in advance of any deadlines.
