Questions to address:

1. Pick your cases - keeping in mind you will be connecting the two cases in your final paper. 
   • Make sure you have the complete citation:  Heart of Atlanta Motel, Inc. v. United States, 379 US 241 - Supreme Court 1964
   • If you are doing an issue:  companies that profited from slave trade, find 2 cases that reflect this issue.  
2. Start with who what where when.
   • Who are the parties
   • Federal Case or State Case
   • What is the issue of the case(s)
   • Where did this take place
   • When did this take place (time period/date) THIS WILL INFORM YOUR TIMELINE

Paper prompt: 

Both cases should be presented in tables and on same page for comparison responding to all the questions.
