Circulation records, web browsing histories, and other forms of library use data which may contain personally identifiable information are protected under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Any inquiries which would infringe upon a user’s privacy or confidentiality should be denied and/or referred to a supervisor.
