Student employees who encounter discriminatory, disrespectful, dangerous, unethical, against policy, and/or illegal behavior in the workplace are encouraged to notify their supervisor so that it can be properly documented, and appropriate action taken.
If a student wishes to report the behavior of a student supervisor or otherwise does not feel comfortable talking with any staff about these issues, they should contact University Human Resources (uhr@ohio.edu). The Office of the Ombuds and the Dean of Students may also be able to help with issues relating to student employment.
