• To request films for streaming, please contact your librarian directly.
• Streaming films can be requested by faculty, graduate students doing research, and instructors of record.  
• We highly recommend searching our subscription streaming platforms for possible titles before you request. There are many titles in ACADEMIC VIDEO ONLINE: AVON and FILMS ON DEMAND: FOD, titles on these platforms 'should' not expire. This content is purchased as a package deal.  
• KANOPY and SWANK films can be licensed for 1 year or 3 years; some titles can be purchased with longer license agreement, especially if it is a film used often in class.  
• Please provide 3-4 weeks' notice for requests whenever possible.
• Streaming titles can cost anywhere from $150-$350, depending on vendor and film title. The license is a yearly and can be renewed.
• We will do our best to inform you of renewals, but keep in mind when a title is purchased this is for set period of time.  
• We are unable to purchase original films from commercial streaming services including Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, and Hulu.
