Subject Searching
Here are a few Subject Searches in ALICE relating to translation in general, and in specific languages. Substitute the adjectival form of the country name (e.g., French, not France) as needed. And, as always, be sure to check OhioLINK for additional titles.
- Translating and interpretingA lot of the books on the process of translation will have call numbers beginning with P306 and will be on the 7th floor of Alden. Books on literary translation will mostly have call numbers beginning with PN241.
- Spanish poetry -- 20th century -- Translations into EnglishNote the pattern here, although it may vary from one genre and one language to another. You can try variants on this pattern:
