- William E. Peters PapersWilliam E. Peters was a lawyer, engineer, and surveyor in Athens, Ohio. Peters documented and mapped the southeastern Ohio Landscape, focusing, among many other things, on area cemeteries, tombstones, graveyards, and family histories.
