Administrative or regulatory law refers to the regulations issued by departments and agencies of the executive branch of government, For example: The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) or the Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services.

The administrative law of U.S. federal government is compiled in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).

The administrative law of Ohio can be found in the Ohio Administrative Code. Other states have their own administrative codes.
