During the migration to the new platform, the URLs and links to library resources will change. At the same time, borrowing services will be termporaily suspended. Details about these changes and temporary suspension of services is below.
With the changeover to the new Alma Primo libary services platform, URLS for library resources will change. Links for library resources used in Canvas and syllabi bor course materials will need to be updated.
The new Alma Primo permalinks will be available on June 23, 2025. We understand the timing is challenging for instructors needing to update links in late August for their fall classes.
We will announce a new service soon to assist faculty with converting ALICE links to the Alma Primo urls. We will also provide guides for faculty who wish to migrate to the URLS themselves. More information coming soon!
On March 28, the purchasing and cataloging of new books and other library materials, including online materials, will be suspended. Also, updates to course reserves materials will be suspended at this time. These services will resume after June 25.
ALICE and OhioLINK Catalog searching, material checkouts, and requests will still be available until May 23.
