2024 Juneteenth Acquisitions
Ohio University Libraries is pleased to present acquisitions made in honor of Ohio University's 2024 Juneteenth celebration. Each year, members of the campus Juneteenth celebration planning committee are offered a slate of potential acquisitions prepared by the Libraries that ranges from electronic resources to artists' books and rare books, and are asked to vote on their top choices. Items listed as "primary" are the top choice of the committee.
We invite you to explore, through the links in the menu on the left, archival material and databases that help to illustrate Black history and the legacy of Juneteenth. We hope you will use these resources in your research, writing, teaching, and learning.
