APA (American Psychological Association) style is commonly used in many areas of the social sciences. There are several copies of the printed guide to APA style at the Reference Desk on the 2nd floor of Alden Library (Learning Commons). You can check them out there for use in the library only. We also have planty of online help as well.
One of the OHIO Nursing Faculty has created a 20 minute APA references video with nurses in-mind. This video demonstrates how to create APA citations and put together a references page. Organize Your Resources using Zotero
Using Zotero or another citation manger, I promise, will make your life much easier and you will thank yourself later. With Zotero you can easily collect citation information as you search, and then pull it out later as you are reading and writing. It will also help you create citations, and it is free.
