Assets
Assets are available under the Content section of the orange menubar. They represent items such as links, widgets, files, books, etc.
They are not available to the Rich Text/HTML content type.
You can find a complete list of Assets under the Content dropdown in the orange menubar. You can edit an asset in this list once and the changes will be seen in each Guide where you’ve used it. Below is a screenshot of the Assets list with a list of reusable Content Types on the left.
Assets for all Guides are shared, but authors with Regular accounts (i.e., non-admins) will only be able to edit or delete those Assets which they themselves have created.
